All my words fall short I got nothing new How could I express All my gratitude?
[Verse 2]
I could sing these songs As I often do But every song must end And You never do
[Chorus]
So I throw up my hands And praise You again and again ‘Cause all that I have is a Hallelujah, Hallelujah And I know it’s not much But I’ve nothing else fit for a king Except for a heart-singing Hallelujah, Hallelujah
[Verse 3]
I’ve got one response I’ve got just one move With my arms stretched wide I will worship YouGratitude Lyrics
[Chorus]
So I throw up my hands And praise You again and again ‘Cause all that I have is a Hallelujah, Hallelujah And I know it’s not much But I’ve nothing else fit for a king Except for a heart-singing Hallelujah, Hallelujah
[Bridge]
So come on my soul, oh, don’t you get shy on me
Lift up your song, ’cause you’ve got a lion Inside of those lungs Get up and praise the Lord Oh, come on my soul, oh, don’t you get shy on me Lift up your song, ’cause you’ve got a lion Inside of those lungs Get up and praise the Lord Come on my soul, oh, don’t you get shy on me Lift up your song, ’cause you’ve got a lion Inside of those lungs Get up and praise the Lord, hey Praise the Lord, praise the Lord Praise the Lord
Gratitude Lyrics
[Chorus]
So I throw up my hands Praise You again and again ‘Cause all that I have is a Hallelujah, Hallelujah And I know it’s not much But I’ve nothing else fit for a king Except for a heart-singing Hallelujah, Hallelujah

Today I have for you a magical way to speed up your manifesting by ten times. In fact, ten times doesn’t even do this justice because I’ve seen this give me instantaneous results. So I’m going to share with you what this strategy is, why it works, and I’m going to give you some really great tips on how to apply it in your life so you can speed up all of your manifestations as well. And the really great thing about this tip is that it’s so not what you think it would be, okay? And it gives you permission to just like chill out, which is so important.
If you want things to go fast, go slower. You want your manifestation to come fast, go slower. Now again, I want to explain to you what this means, why it works, and how you can apply it. So let’s start off with the first part here.
What does this mean? When you find that there’s something that you desperately want to manifest, you are going to find that you are very frequently rushing around trying to get it or throwing a lot of quick action at it. So for instance, if you think about perhaps someone who desperately wants to make a romantic connection with some girl, okay, maybe there’s this guy, who really likes this girl and so he’s pulling out all the stops. He’s trying to text her, call her, and show up at her work. He’s putting all this quick action, he’s doing a whole lot very quickly all towards this one particular girl.
Or maybe you’re running late for work and you really want to get there on time. So what do you do? You start rushing. Okay? You pick up the pace, okay?
You’re flying through the house, throwing your keys in your purse. You’re rushing, you’re moving very fast. So when there’s something that you really want, the natural tendency is to take a lot of quick action towards it. And this is a problem with the Law of Attraction. When you allow the inner frenzy, the inner desperation to start to come through your body in a physical way, you start to reinforce that inner desperation, that inner frenzy, the inner frenzy up here, the worry, the concern starts to be mirrored in the body and you really start to ramp that up.
And this has the effect of pushing the thing that you want away from you. Okay? So when the guy desperately wants the girl to like him and he’s texting and he’s calling and he’s showing up at her job, what happens to the girl? Is she super excited to be around him? Or does she start to drift away and starts to lose interest and starts to hide from him?
You’ve probably seen the example of rushing somewhere to get there. Okay, so you’ve been rushing to get to work and suddenly now you’re hitting every single red light. Now there’s a traffic jam on the road. Now you spill coffee on your shirt and you start to attract to yourself more and more problems that make it less and less probable that you’re going to get to work on time. On a personal level, I was just reminded of this because I got gung ho in the gym and I had these goals I wanted to deadlift a certain amount and I wanted to squat a certain amount.
And I got it in my head that we’re going to do this. So I was going to the gym every day, try and try and try and try and try. What do you think happened? I ended up hurting myself and noticing that all of a sudden I had to stop doing that altogether. And it’s slowing my ability to get those gains that I wanted because I tried to rush to get them.
Okay, so when pushing yourself at the gym, you may do something like you may hurt yourself that prevents you entirely from getting to where you want to be. Now, have you seen this dynamic before in your life? When was the last time that you found yourself taking too much quick action and it ended up sabotaging your manifestation? If you would please go ahead and drop that story below in the comments so other people can see how this happens and how many different ways that this can occur. But this is why speed can work against you going faster, taking quicker action can push the things that you want away.
Now instead, you want to use today’s strategy, which is to go slower. And so let’s talk a little bit about why going slower speeds up your manifestation. If there’s something that you really, really want and you feel a little anxious about it because you want it so bad, you have to understand that, again, that’s a sense of desperation and again, the desperation, the frenzy in your mind pushes things away. And so when that’s going on, you want to use your body and your action to counteract and neutralize the frenzy. Okay?
So if the mind is going crazy and we reinforce that with the body going crazy with action, we just really get it going too fast. We amplify the problem. But if the mind is going really fast and we remind ourselves, oh yeah, I can use my body to slow down my mind, you can slow down your body, and it will rewire the way that you’re thinking about the thing that you want. It will make you calmer and it will allow the thing that you want to come. So the guy may really, really want, you know, to get this girl to like him and he’s feeling frenzy, but if he just stops and pauses and decides, you know what, not going to text, not going to call, just going to kind of take it easy and relax.
Okay, what happens to the girl? Well, now she becomes more interested, she’s more intrigued. Now she wants him to call. She’s not running for the hills anymore. Maybe you’re running late for work.
But instead of getting all frenetic about it, like, you know what? I’m going to take my time. I’m going to make sure I have everything that I need to stay nice and calm. Well, when you do that, you get on the road, and instead of red lights, you hit every green light on the way to work. And very frequently when I’ve done this one, I’ve ended up where I wanted to be earlier than I needed to be, even though I left late.
And when I go to the gym if I stay calm and I do things at the right time, take my rest, move slowly, and recover, I hit my gains a lot faster. In fact, I just decided that I’m just going to not go to the gym this week, because I know that’s going to get me more gains than going in there and attempting to continue to work towards something that has a little bit of excited attached to it. So now that we know that moving slower is the key to getting things to speed up, I do have some practical application tips for you.
I put out content like this every single week, and I know you’ll enjoy coming along for the ride. All right, so to really harness this moving slower strategy requires you to become somewhat self-aware about what’s going on. If there’s something that you want and you find yourself ruminating about it, thinking about it a lot, if it feels like it’s something your mind just keeps going towards, you just really, really want it. This is a really great time to practice self-awareness and to realize, oh, yeah, my mind’s moving too fast to manifest right now. It’s actually pushing away the thing that I want.
So what I want to do is I want to counteract the mind with the body. So just remind yourself that if I slow down the body, the mind will follow. And so the first thing that I like to do when I notice that is I just remind myself the slower I go, the faster it will manifest. And then I’ll stop. I’ll stop whatever I’m doing, and I just take a few deep breaths until I calm down.
If I’m moving or I’m walking and I’m rushing, I will force myself to stop and take a few breaths until I start moving again. And I make it my intention at that point that the only thing that I’m going to do right now is to try and stay as calm and methodical with how I’m moving through my environment as possible. In addition to that, if you’re feeling frenetic, if you’re feeling those thoughts, it’s really a great idea just to avoid taking any action at all in regard to your manifestation in that moment. So while you’re feeling frustrated or frenetic about the date or the job or the project or the money, that’s not the time to take the action, okay? So when you’re ruminating about the guy or the girl, not the right time to text or to call.
Instead, just tell yourself again, the slower I go, the faster it will manifest. So I’m just going to take my time right now. When I’m feeling relaxed up here, then I can take some action. But until that happens, we’re just going to take it easy. Now, the really cool thing about this is quite frequently for me, once I just allow myself to settle into that relaxation mode, very frequently, the things that I want to show up, I find that I don’t even need to take the action.
Didn’t even need to text the guy or the girl. Didn’t need to do the project, didn’t need to make the call, didn’t need to do any of that. It just shows up. It’s that leveling into that more flow state vibration. But again, to get there, you have to slow down.

The Law of Attraction is a philosophical and spiritual concept that has gained popularity in recent years, particularly in the self-help and personal development communities. The idea behind the Law of Attraction is that our thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes have a direct impact on the experiences we have in our lives. It posits that we are able to attract positive experiences, people, and things into our lives through the power of our thoughts, feelings, and intentions.
At its core, the Law of Attraction is based on the concept of vibration. According to this theory, everything in the universe is made up of energy, and everything vibrates at a certain frequency. The idea is that our thoughts and feelings also vibrate at a certain frequency and that this vibration influences the experiences we have in our lives. The Law of Attraction asserts that we can consciously choose our thoughts and feelings and that by doing so, we can control the experiences we attract into our lives.
One of the key tenets of the Law of Attraction is that our thoughts and beliefs shape our reality. This means that if we focus on positive, uplifting thoughts and beliefs, we will attract positive experiences into our lives. Conversely, if we focus on negative thoughts and beliefs, we will attract negative experiences. This is why proponents of the Law of Attraction emphasize the importance of having a positive mindset, and focusing on what you want, rather than what you don’t want.
Way of Attraction
Another important aspect of the Law of Attraction is the power of intention. This involves setting clear and focused intentions for what you want to manifest in your life and then taking actions that align with those intentions. This can involve visualizing your desired outcome, speaking affirmations, and taking steps to make your goals a reality.
Many people who are familiar with the Law of Attraction also emphasize the importance of gratitude. They believe that by focusing on the good things in our lives, and by expressing gratitude for what we have, we can attract even more positive experiences and blessings into our lives.
Critics of the Law of Attraction argue that it is a vague and unprovable concept, and that there is no scientific evidence to support its claims. They also argue that it oversimplifies the complex factors that contribute to our experiences and outcomes in life, and that it can lead people to blame themselves for their circumstances, rather than considering more structural or systemic factors.
Despite these criticisms, the Law of Attraction continues to be a popular and influential concept and has been the subject of many books, films, and workshops. Proponents of the Law of Attraction argue that it offers a positive and empowering perspective on life, and that it provides people with tools to create the lives they want.
While the Law of Attraction may not be a scientifically proven concept, many people find that focusing on positive thoughts and beliefs, setting clear intentions, and practicing gratitude can have a profound impact on their lives. Whether you believe in the Law of Attraction or not, there is no denying that our thoughts and beliefs can shape our experiences and that having a positive outlook and focusing on what we want can bring more joy and fulfillment into our lives.
Three Laws of Attraction
The Law of Attraction is often described as having several key components, or “laws,” that work together to create a powerful force in shaping our experiences and outcomes. Here are three of the most commonly cited laws of attraction:
1. The Law of Vibration: This law states that everything in the universe vibrates at a certain frequency and that our thoughts and feelings also vibrate at a certain frequency. According to this law, our vibration attracts experiences, people, and things into our lives that are in alignment with our vibration. If we want to attract positive experiences, it is important to focus on positive thoughts and feelings that vibrate at a high frequency.
Law of Vibration
2. The Law of Attraction: This law states that we attract into our lives whatever we focus on, whether it is positive or negative. This means that if we focus on what we want, we will attract more of it into our lives. If we focus on what we don’t want, we will attract more of that into our lives as well. The key to using the Law of Attraction effectively is to focus on what we want, rather than what we don’t want.
Law of Attraction
3. The Law of Action: This law states that in order to manifest our desires, we must take action toward our goals. Merely focusing on what we want and visualizing it is not enough – we must take concrete steps to make it a reality. This law emphasizes the importance of taking action, no matter how small, to bring our desires into manifestation.
These three laws are often described as interrelated and working together to create a powerful force in our lives. By understanding and applying these laws, proponents of the Law of Attraction believe that we can consciously shape our experiences and outcomes, and create the life we want.
Law of Action
In conclusion, the Law of Attraction is a complex and multifaceted concept that can be difficult to define or fully understand. However, at its heart, it is about harnessing the power of our thoughts and beliefs to create the life we want. Whether you choose to embrace the Law of Attraction as a guiding principle or not, there is no denying that our thoughts and attitudes have a profound impact on our experiences and outcomes in life.
Gratitude is a powerful emotion that has the ability to transform our lives in numerous ways. It is a state of mind that is characterized by a sense of appreciation and thankfulness for what we have and for the people who have impacted our lives positively. The secrets of gratitude have been recognized and studied by various scholars and experts over the years, and they have found that practicing gratitude regularly has numerous benefits, both for our personal and professional lives.
One of the key secrets of gratitude is that it can lead to greater happiness and well-being. Studies have shown that people who regularly practice gratitude tend to experience more positive emotions and are less likely to experience negative emotions like anxiety, depression, and stress. They report higher levels of satisfaction with their lives and a greater sense of purpose. This is because gratitude helps us focus on what we have, rather than what we lack, and it encourages us to appreciate the good things in our lives, no matter how small they may be.
Another secret of gratitude is that it can improve our relationships with others. Gratitude can help us to be more forgiving, patient, and understanding, and it can foster greater trust and communication between individuals. When we are grateful for the people in our lives, we are more likely to treat them with kindness and respect, and this in turn can create stronger bonds and a more positive atmosphere. Furthermore, expressing gratitude towards others can also boost their self-esteem and make them feel valued and appreciated, enhancing our relationships with them even further.
The secret of gratitude also has the ability to improve our physical health. Studies have found that people who practice gratitude regularly tend to have lower blood pressure, better sleep patterns, and a stronger immune system. They are also less likely to experience headaches, fatigue, and other physical symptoms that can impact our overall well-being. This is because gratitude promotes positive thinking and reduces stress, which can have a profound effect on our physical health.
Gratitude can also help us to overcome challenges and difficulties in our lives. When we focus on the good things in our lives and express gratitude for them, we are better able to cope with challenges and setbacks, and we are less likely to become overwhelmed by negative thoughts and emotions. Furthermore, gratitude can also provide us with a greater sense of perspective, and it can help us to see the bigger picture and understand that challenges are just temporary and that we will overcome them in the end.
Lastly, gratitude can also lead to personal growth and development. By expressing gratitude, we are more likely to focus on our strengths and talents, rather than our weaknesses and limitations, and this can help us to achieve our goals and aspirations. Gratitude can be practiced in many different ways, and the most important thing is to find what works best for you. Here are some tips that can help you incorporate gratitude into your daily routine:
Keep a gratitude journal: Writing down three things you are grateful for each day can be a great way to reflect on the good things in your life. This can be especially helpful on days when you are feeling down or stressed.
Express your gratitude to others: Take the time to thank the people in your life who have made a positive impact. Whether it is a colleague, a friend, or a family member, expressing your gratitude to them can strengthen your relationships and make them feel appreciated.
Practice mindfulness: Being present in the moment and appreciating what is around you can help you cultivate gratitude. Take time each day to stop and smell the roses, so to speak, and to be mindful of the good things in your life.
Focus on the positives: Instead of dwelling on the negative aspects of a situation, try to focus on the good things that came out of it. This can help you cultivate a more positive outlook and increase your levels of gratitude.
Give back to others: Volunteering, donating to charity, or simply helping someone in need can help you feel grateful for what you have and make a positive impact on others.
Practice gratitude regularly: Make gratitude a part of your daily routine, and try to find opportunities to express gratitude throughout the day. The more you practice gratitude, the easier it will become, and the more benefits you will experience.
Remember, the key to making gratitude a part of your life is to find what works best for you and to make it a habit. With time and effort, gratitude can become a natural part of your daily routine and can have a profound impact on your life.
